We always try to provide the best quality of merchandise to our customers. But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item back to us.

  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  2. The item/s must be unworn / unused, in the state you received them and in their original packaging.
  3. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on used items.
  4. Please note that we may request for you to email pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.
  5. Also, please do consider that the difference in color shade of the merchandise could be caused due to the display settings on your monitor.
  6. Special Orders* are non-refundable.
  7. Custom / Personalized Orders** will be refunded at 80% of the Original Purchase Price.
  8. Refunds will be issued via the same mode of payment.
  9. Unfortunately, we cannot refund additional charges paid by the buyer for the package.
  10. Original Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by
  11. If the item is lost in transit then we will send you the same / similar item or make a refund as per the buyer's request.



An Exchange can be made in the below situations -

  1. The item received by the buyer is defective.
  2. Buyer is not satisfied with the item purchased and sends back the merchandise to us within the stipulated period of 30 days. Such an item can be exchanged for another item of the same value.
  3. The buyer wants to exchange the item initially bought with another item of higher value. In such a scenario, the additional amount must be paid before we ship the item.
